We built the system we were missing ourselves
When the NETFORCE Group ecosystem team started to grow, we used one of the popular HRM solutions on the market. But complex interfaces, redundant tools and sharp price jumps did not work for us.
We needed simplicity and order. So we built the platform ourselves — first as an internal tool. Once our processes finally became structured, we realised many other businesses face the same situation. That is how our solution turned into a standalone product.
