    In 2015, Pavlo already had solid DevOps experience. Together with his colleague Oleksandr, they decided it was time to build something of their own. That’s how NETFORCE Ukraine was born. Their first clients were companies they had previously worked with. By 2017, NETFORCE Ukraine had fully focused on providing DevOps and
    infrastructure administration services for businesses.

    In 2015, Pavlo and Oleksandr decided to create what they themselves once lacked: practical training for DevOps engineers and system administrators. Back then, there were almost no programs offering not only theory but also hands-on experience — so they filled that gap. That’s how ITEDU was born. “I always wanted to teach. It was a skill inside me, just waiting for its time,” recalls Pavlo, founder of NETFORCE.

    We hadn’t planned to launch yet another job platform. But the market gave us the idea: when clients kept asking us to find DevOps specialists, we realized it was time to make it systematic and convenient. So in 2023, NF Jobs was launched — a service focused on DevOps and system administration.

    Even before 2022, the NETFORCE team saw a clear demand from clients: besides technical support, companies often needed help with recruiting specialists. We were already hiring for our own team, so we knew how to do it quickly. That’s how the idea of NETFORCE Agency was born — a project focused on finding technical talent for businesses. Today, companies come to us when they need to find the right candidate under specific requirements or in short timeframes. Even with a modest client base, we’ve already managed to relaunch vacancies with several of them.

Our first hire was an SMM manager who joined even before the big team launch. She created the first posts and helped build communication.
  • Our first clients came without a single ad — only through personal referrals. They helped build the reputation we still hold today.
  • One of the first recruiting directions was sourcing DevOps engineers for a foreign startup. We had 4 days to find a candidate — and we did it.
  • In the early days, NETFORCE Ukraine took part in open technical tenders. We won thanks to experience and a flexible approach to projects.

24 February
didn’t stop us

When the full-scale invasion began, we didn’t stop — we united even more. We kept working, developing projects, supporting clients, and launching new initiatives — despite everything.
Everyone on the team kept receiving salaries on time. Founders arranged advances with clients to support the team during the hardest first weeks. Some colleagues relocated, others stayed — but wherever we are, we remain one team. Today we’re a community that has endured challenges, adapted, and continues to grow.
Even online, we stayed together and grew stronger with every meeting.
